Development Site Auction - September 26, 2019

We held a Sealed Bid Auction for development sites in Chicago, Dwight and Grayslake on September 26, 2019. Four development sites in a large retail complex anchored by Walmart and Lowe's are available for sale as a portfolio or individually. Lot A is a 0.82 acre site with frontage on Wentworth and 83rd St. Lot B is a 1.13 acre site adjacent to a retail building leased to Athletico, a dentist and Boost Mobile. Lot E1 is a 0.68 acre site adjacent to Chase, Walmart, BMO Harris Bank and Potbelly with frontage on 83rd. Lot F is a 3.36 acre site than can support a 32,000 square foot retail or office building.

We held an auction for a former church with an adjacent school on September 5, 2019. Located at Diversey and Meade, this property includes a 22,500 SF school and a 14,800 SF church. The school is leased to CPS through 2024 and includes a termination option. The former church is built-out with two sanctuaries plus offices, meeting rooms and a large kitchen. The facilities share a large parking lot on Meade. This auction was only open to qualified bidders.

 

Former School/Day Care Live Auction - June 7, 2019

We sold a former school located on Lake Cook Rd. in Deerfield through an auction held on June 7, 2019. The Deerfield property is a 20,500 SF former school on Lake Cook Rd. On a 4.97 acre site, this property can potentially be rehabbed or redeveloped as office, commercial or multi-family. This auction was only open to qualified bidders.

Sealed Bid Auction  - October 25, 2018

We held a sealed bid auction on October 25, 2018. This auction included a wide range of commercial properties including office buildings, retail storefronts, industrial properties and land sites. 

We several turn-key office buildings and commercial storefronts were available for sale in this auction.

  • A storefront commercial condo in Bucktown

We included a 2,880 SF flex industrial building in Palatine as part of the auction. The property has recently been updated with new windows, new overhead doors, new carpets and lighting. A 24,000 SF warehouse with rehab or redevelopment potential was also available for sale in Chicago Heights.

Several commercial land sites were included for sale through our sealed bid auction. A 1.27 acre commercial site with 241' of frontage on 159th St. close to a new Family Dollar, Sherwin Williams and Fresenius Medical Care location. Near Ogden and 75th St in Aurora, an 11,200 SF development site was for sale adjacent to a Dunkin' Donuts. We also included a highly visible 10,500 SF development site on Sheridan Rd in Zion.

 

Sealed Bid Auction - May 17, 2018

Our spring auction has been expanded and extended! All bids for our sealed bid auction were due on May 17, 2018. We have stabilized, net leased investments, residential development sites and value-add properties available.

We are selling a 100% net leased office condo in Chicago's western suburbs. The 5,061 square foot condo is leased to two long-term tenants of the complex. Recently updated, the unit is split into two separate units with a small common area. There is strong in-place income and great potential. 

A 1.55 acre residential land site in South Barrington was recently added to the auction. This lot is located within the exclusive Magnolia Poine subdivision, an exclusive community of 23 homes. Sealed Bid Auction December 14, 2017

Millennium Properties marketed two properties at our sealed bid auction on December 14, 2017.

The first property was a 6,000 square foot former day care center and school. The property features a large fenced courtyard, 12 rooms, five small offices, four common areas plus a dining room and kitchen. This property has great potential for use as a school, a day care, a women’s shelter, an assisted living facility, or for a non-profit.

We sold an 11,000 square foot retail showroom in Rockford, close to US 20. The single tenant building features a showroom with large windows, an office area and a warehouse with a drive-in door. This property has great potential for a user or investor and can potentially be rehabbed for retail, office, flex industrial or medical office use.

 

Sealed Bid Auction September 14, 2017

Millennium Properties sold two properties through a sealed bid auction on September 14, 2017. A 23,590 square foot office building in Rockford was sold through the auction. The office is 84% leased to two long-term tenants: the GSA and Rock River Environmental Services. Prior to the auction date, we sold a 9.94 acre commercial development site in Fountain Square in Waukegan. The site is across from the Walmart Supercenter that anchors the mixed-use complex and adjacent to the 32 acres of city-owned land.

 

Court Ordered Auction May 18, 2017

Millennium Properties sold three properties in the Kinzie Industrial Corridor on May 18th through a live auction; the auction was open only to qualified bidders. The portfolio consisted of a 14,050 square foot development site, a single tenant light industrial building ready for possible redevelopment and a 3,750 square foot parking lot. These properties were available as a portfolio or individually.

 

Sealed Bid Auction Spring 2017

Millennium Properties sold a second floor, 8,006 square foot office condo at 182 W. Lake St. through a sealed bid auction. The turnkey unit is built out with a reception area, 14 private offices, a conference room and a kitchenette. This unit is in a great location in the Central Loop at the corner of Lake and Wells, close to public transportation, government buildings, restaurants and more. 

 

Sealed Bid Auction April 6, 2017

A 1.1 acre industrial development site in Schaumburg was sold through a sealed bid auction prior to the auction date. This large site can potentially be developed as a warehouse, flex industrial building or used as outdoor storage.The site, which features 229' of frontage, is located in an industrial park a short drive from Wise Rd. and the Elgin-O'Hare Expressway. 

 

Sealed Bid Auction January 26, 2017

Two adjoining parking spaces in Chicago's financial district at 235 W. Van Buren were sold through a sealed bid auction. The deeded spaces are part of a recently developed condo tower, convenient to the Board of Trade, Willis Tower and many other offices.  

 

Sealed Bid Auction December 1, 2016

Millennium Properties auctioned off a portfolio of nine residential properties located in Chicago and the southwest suburbs on December 1st. These properties, which were previously valued at more than $1.3 million, are being offered with a minimum bid of $300,000. Five of the properties are residential development sites, including a 41 lot residential subdivision. Also included in the portfolio is a five unit mixed-use building, a two flat apartment building, a 3 bedroom duplex condo and a single family house. The seller is extremely motivated and this portfolio must sell by the end of 2016.

Sealed Bid Auction November 10, 2016

Millennium Properties sold four commercial condos in the Westgate Commons Center at 808-832 W. Bartlett Rd., Bartlett through a sealed bid auction. The units range from a 1,386 square foot commercial condo that can be combined with the adjacent units to a turn-key 5,132 square foot office. 

All units were sold absolute, with No Hidden Reserve!

Sealed Bid Auction September 21, 2016

We sold a 3 bedroom, 3.1 bath house in the White Oaks subdivision in Yorkville through a sealed bid auction. All offers were due on September 21st at 5:00.
