Executive DirectorBrad Thompson specializes in the management and disposition of investment commercial real estate assets. Over his career he has closed over 400 transactions, both sales and leasing, spanning all property types and classes. Brad acts as a court appointed receiver in every Chicago area county, he has acted as an expert witness in multiple cases, and has sold property on behalf of special servicers and bankruptcy court appointments. Brad has continually been recognized as a top producer in the Chicago real estate community and maintains a strong and continually growing list of clients including individual owners, local and national banks, family offices, and multiple capital groups around the country.
