In 1996, he decided to start his own firm and for more than 20 years, Millennium Properties has been a leading brokerage and property management firm. Since Millennium’s inception, Dan has been personally involved in more than $4 billion in real estate transactions. He has also served as a receiver and consultant for local and national financial institutions.
