Michael Mintz Promoted to Vice President of Millennium Properties

Millennium Properties R/E, a premier boutique property management and brokerage company in Chicago, recently promoted Michael Mintz to vice president. Mr. Mintz joined Millennium Properties as an associate broker in 2014. Since then, he has been involved in a number of sale and lease transactions including negotiating the purchase of 4257 S. Archer Ave., a 20,240 square foot retail and office building in the Brighton Park neighborhood. Mr. Mintz also represented Insight Medical Genetics, a comprehensive genetic testing practice, in five new leases as they expanded their practice into Oak Brook, Glenview, Naperville, Orland Park and Arlington Heights.
