Full-Service Commercial Property Management in Chicago
The property managers at Millennium Properties provide our clients with a high level of service and return on investment. Our hands-on experience provides us with the tools to stabilize each commercial property and maximize its value. As asset managers we know that the local submarket variables, the condition of the building and the financial conditions have a huge impact on your bottom line. We also understand that attention to detail makes or breaks a management strategy, which is why we take an ownership mentality with each asset we manage.
Additionally, the property managers at Millennium Properties pride themselves on ensuring that clients remain connected and aware of what’s happening with their holdings. We consult with you on property operations by creating a comprehensive plan with a leasing strategy, an annual budget, a capital improvement schedule as well as accurate financial reporting. Active property management is key to ensuring that your vacancy rate remains low, you maintain the right tenant mix, and your average rents rise.
