Micheal Mintz leased 2,050 SF retail storefront in Andersonville

Millennium Properties R/E, a premier boutique brokerage and property management company, announced that it recently leased a 2,050 SF retail storefront at 5243 N. Clark in Chicago's Andersonville neighborhood. Michael Mintz was the only broker on the transaction. 

Smokes on Clark, a local business that has been in the neighborhood for years, signed a new 10-year lease for the space. This new lease is an expansion for the company as it relocates from a location a block away. Previously, the storefront at 5243 N. Clark St. was used as a running shoe store. Clark Street in Andersonville is a popular destination for retail shoppers and a place where local businesses can thrive.
