MPI Named Leasing Agent for 29,100 SF of East Loop Office Space

Millennium Properties R/E is proud to announce that it has been named the exclusive leasing agent for the 29,100 square feet of available office space at 67 E. Madison. The 21-story building is a mix of office and retail space, with the lower portion of the building used by retailers and jewelers.

Part of Jewelers Row, 67 E. Madison is a beautifully renovated vintage building in the East Loop.  The renovation, completed in 2003, included updating the lobby and common areas, refurbishing the vintage elevators, installing fiber optic cables and updating building-wide safety systems. A building conference center and 24/7 secure access were also added. Currently, six suites ranging from 800 square feet to a 15,000 square foot full floor are available for lease.  Several units offer tenants the opportunity to customize the unit to meet their needs.
