MPI Signs 2 Leases Totaling 5,061 SF in Lisle Office Condo

Millennium Properties R/E, a premier boutique brokerage and property management company, announced that it recently brokered two office leases in the Commerce Place Condominiums at 1500 Eisenhower in Lisle. Both spaces are part of a single 5,061 square foot office condo.

First Centennial Mortgage signed a new 2,040 square foot lease, maintaining its presence in this location for another five years. ITG Transportation Services leased 3,031 square feet in the subdivided unit, expanding their presence in the office park to a total of 7,375 square feet. The Commerce Place Condominiums is an office condo park just off Maple Ave. with a well-established presence.
