Millennium Properties was managing a six-unit apartment building consisting of five 2-bedroom units and one 1-bedroom unit in Elmwood Park. The building has a common central entrance and has two units per floor. The apartments are near the highly traveled thoroughfares of Fullerton and Harlem Ave. The building is also in close proximity to the Elmwood Park Metra train station, other public transportation as well as access to the Kennedy Expressway.
