Dan Hyman and Greg Block to Sell Lakeside Congregation Campus in Highland Park
Millennium Properties has been named the exclusive broker for the sale of Lakeside Congregation’s real estate and religious facility in Highland Park.
Lakeside Congregation is in the process of uniting with Congregation Solel, also based in Highland Park, and the merged Reform congregations will be based out of the Solel property on Clavey Rd. Lakeside Congregation features a more than 30,000 square foot school and religious facility on a five-acre campus, located just east of Skokie Hwy. on Lake Cook Rd. and across from the Chicago Botanic Garden.
“We anticipate significant interest in this property as it has strong potential for a number of different uses,” said Daniel J. Hyman, chairman and CEO of Millennium Properties. “The spacious facility includes a large worship area and social hall, as well as classrooms, administrative offices, and a substantial parking lot.”
“A wide range of potential buyers will be interested in this unique opportunity – ranging from organizations intending to use the existing facility to developers considering a residential or commercial redevelopment of the large site,” said Greg Block, executive vice president of Millennium Properties.
