Michael Mintz recently brokered the purchase of a triple net leased Walmart in California for $13.5 million. The 45,648 square foot building, located in Palm Desert, is in a Class A, luxury location with nine years remaining on the initial term. Millennium Properties represented ADF Capital, Ltd. in purchasing this asset, conducting a national search for a net lease investment with strong long-term fundamentals.

Daniel Hyman and Greg Block were named the exclusive listing agents for the sale of Lakeside Congregation's campus in Highland Park. This five acre campus is located jest east of Skokie Hwy. and across the street from the Chicago Botanic Garden.

Today, Millennium Properties announced that Michael Mintz recently brokered the sale of a fully leased mixed-use building on 18th St. in Pilsen. The building, located at 1316 W. 198th St., features a 1,600 SF storefront that is leased to Furious Spoon plus six condo-quality apartments.

Today, Millennium Properties announced that Greg Block recently sold a 14,383 square foot office condo for $2.65 million to Rent24, a European co-working firm. The condo, located at 9 W. Washington, features a recently updated co-working space with a mix of desk stations, private office suites and conference rooms. This space is Rent24’s third location since it entered Chicago in May 2018.

Susan Silver was recently awarded the Small Transaction of the Year by the Turnaround Management Association. Ms. Silver worked on the marketing and sale of a light industrial building and two land sites located in Chicago’s Kinzie Industrial Corridor.

Brad Thompson and Chet Evans recently brokered the sale of a 30,000 square foot multi-tenant warehouse in Wheeling. Located at 140 Shepard Rd., the infill building was fully leased at the time of sale and features 14’ ceilings, two docks and 10 drive-in doors.

Michael Mintz, a vice president of Millennium Properties R/E recently brokered the sale of a fully stabilized, 38 unit apartment complex in the heart of Cicero for $1.73 million. Mr. Mintz was the sole broker on the deal.

On September 14th, we will be selling a 10 acre parcel in Fountain Square in Waukegan through a sealed bid auction. The site is part of a mixed-use complex with retail, restaurants, apartments and hotels. This property is priced to sell with a minimum bid of less than $1.75 per square foot.
