Our spring auction has been extended and expanded! Two new properties were added to the sealed bid auction and all bids are now due on May 17th! We have stabilized and value-add properties, perfect for a user or investor.

On September 14th, we will be selling a 10 acre parcel in Fountain Square in Waukegan through a sealed bid auction. The site is part of a mixed-use complex with retail, restaurants, apartments and hotels. This property is priced to sell with a minimum bid of less than $1.75 per square foot.

Through our three of our most recent sealed bid auctions, Greg Block and Millennium Properties sold all 14 properties available for sale. Both units from our most recent auction in January are currently under contract to sell.

On April 6th, Millennium Properties will sell a 1.1 acre industrial development site in Schaumburg through a sealed bid auction. The site is in a great location within an industrial park, a short drive from Wise Rd. and the Elgin-O'Hare Expressway. This site has great potential for a wide range of industrial developments.

On January 26th, Millennium Properties will sell two condo properties located in downtown Chicago through a sealed bid auction. An 8,006 square foot turn-key office condo at the corner of Lake and Wells is included in the auction. Part of a bankruptcy case, this space was previously the offices of a condo developer. Two parking spaces in the financial district near the Board of Trade and the Willis Tower are also included.

Our 2016 Spring Real Estate Auction is scheduled for May 18th! This sealed bid auction includes eight properties of all types, from retail centers to commercial and residential development sites.

Millennium Properties announced that it will be auctioning off a former church facility with two parking lots in the Pill Hill neighborhood of Chicago on August 14. Built in the 1990s, the church can support a large congregation with room for expansion. The 29,490 square foot parcel can also potentially be rehabbed or redeveloped and features more than 250’ of frontage on Stony Island.

Millennium Properties announced that it recently sold seven office condominiums, totaling 19,567 square feet. The units were part of a recently developed two-story office building in the Sky Harbor Business Park in Northbrook. The seven units Millennium sold ranged from vanilla-box condition to move-in ready with two units leased at the time of sale

Millennium Properties announces that it sold a 1.8 acre riverfront development site in the South Loop at auction for $7.75 million. Millennium Properties auctioned the site at 800 S. Wells on behalf of the bankruptcy court, securing a stalking horse bidder and overseeing the auction to qualified bidders. With 158’ of Chicago River frontage, the 77,258 square foot lot is currently used as parking for the adjacent River City Condominiums. Previously, plans were approved to develop a condo tower with 276 residential units and six townhomes.

Millennium Properties is selling a 186,806 square foot industrial complex located in Chicago through a sealed bid auction. The 20.6 acre site is divided into four properties, which can be purchased individually or as a portfolio. Bids must be received at our offices before October 16, 2014 at 5:00 pm.
