MPI to Auction a 1.1 Acre Industrial Site in Schaumburg
Millennium Properties R/E, a premier boutique brokerage and property management company, announced that it will be selling a 1.1-acre industrial development site in Schaumburg via sealed bid auction. Bids on the land site will be due on April 6, 2017.
The 48,090 square foot site is located at 700 Lunt Ave., within an industrial park near the Elgin-O’Hare Expressway. This large site can potentially be developed as a warehouse, an industrial flex building, a garage or used as outdoor storage.
“The industrial market in Chicago has been incredibly strong, even as developers continue to deliver speculative buildings,” said Greg Block, executive vice president of Millennium Properties. “This site is a great opportunity for a smaller build-to-suit development or for a user looking to serve customers in the northwest and western suburbs.”
