Millennium Properties sold a 7,951 square foot commercial condo at 1212 N. LaSalle in Chicago's Gold Coast neighborhood. The second floor lofted unit, overlooking LaSalle St., is part of a 27 story luxury condo building near the corner of Division and LaSalle.

Millennium Properties brokered the sale of five former Dominick's Finer Foods outlots and gas stations located throughout the Chicago suburbs for a total of $3.4 million. The three former gas stations will be decommissioned and all of the sites will be developed as retail space. Each site is in a strong location near a major retail corner close to both residential and commercial areas.

Millennium Properties announced that it brokered the sale of a 30,000 square foot medical office complex in Valparaiso, Indiana for $4.4 million. The 85% occupied Glendale Medical Center is centrally located between Valparaiso University and Porter Regional Hospital that was built in 2012. Porter County has seen significant population growth over the last decade, spurring the expansion of the area’s health care services.

Millennium Properties is selling a 186,806 square foot industrial complex located in Chicago through a sealed bid auction. The 20.6 acre site is divided into four properties, which can be purchased individually or as a portfolio. Bids must be received at our offices before October 16, 2014 at 5:00 pm.

Millennium Properties successfully sold 71 properties in Illinois, Indiana and Arizona at its recent auction. A wide variety of investment opportunities were available for bidders including parking spaces in the Loop, flex industrial buildings, gas stations, multi-family properties, note sales, land sites as well as single family homes and condos.Millennium is currently accespting properties for its fall auction which is currently scheduled for October.

Millennium Properties recently completed the sale of two bank owned office buildings within Governors Park, a well-established business park in south suburban Olympia Fields. The two three-story buildings, 3615 Park Dr. and 20060 Governors Highway, total more than 59,000 square feet and have a number of medical office tenants.

Millennium Properties recently completed the sale of a 4.67 acre infill development site in the Little Italy/UIC neighborhood for $1.06 million. The first development phase of Metro Place, consisting of 17 single family homes and a six unit condo building, was completed between 2006 and 2009. The new owner, Eco Development Inc., intends to complete the remaining two phases adding 14 single-family homes, 59 townhomes, and nine six-flat condo buildings.

Millennium Properties R/E recently completed the sale of an eight-unit apartment complex at 1 N. Hamlin in Park Ridge, at a price of approximately $150,000 per unit. Situated on the corner of Hamlin and Touhy, the 12,200 square foot building generates more that $100,000 in annual rent.

Millennium Properties R/E announced the completion of the sale of 24 properties at from its Summer REO Auction. All 24 of the properties closed significantly above their minimum bid prices. Properties sold at the auction included an office condo in Oak Brook, a commercial building in downtown Skokie, two leased residential condos in the Logan Square neighborhood, as well as several residential land sites. An addition, a 3.98 acre development site at a highly visible corner in the Quad Cities is under contract.

Millennium Properties recently sold an eco-friendly commercial condo in the Gold Coast for $1.1 million. Located at the base of 1250 N. LaSalle, an 18-story residential condo tower, the 4,970 square foot unit occupies the first three floors and is the only commercial unit in the building. Millennium previously sold the unit in 2005 as a concrete shell to a medical spa company.
