Our team recently brokered the sale of two fully leased retail centers in Chicago’s northwest and western suburbs. Both centers are in prime locations within each suburb’s downtown area. Chet Evans sold a 9,800 square foot, two building center adjacent to a CVS location in Barrington. Brad Thompson brokered the sale of a retail/office building adjacent to the Elmhurst Metra station that includes Lou Malnati’s as a tenant.

Through our three of our most recent sealed bid auctions, Greg Block and Millennium Properties sold all 14 properties available for sale. Both units from our most recent auction in January are currently under contract to sell.

Brad Thompson recently brokered the sale of a 15,500 square foot neighborhood retail center in Lombard. The Colonial Commons, which sold for $1.2 Million, is leased to a mix of local and national tenants with the potential to add value.

On January 26th, Millennium Properties will sell two condo properties located in downtown Chicago through a sealed bid auction. An 8,006 square foot turn-key office condo at the corner of Lake and Wells is included in the auction. Part of a bankruptcy case, this space was previously the offices of a condo developer. Two parking spaces in the financial district near the Board of Trade and the Willis Tower are also included.

Brad Thompson recently brokered the sale of a vintage six flat building in Hyde Park for $1,350,000. The fully leased apartment building is just two blocks away from the University of Chicago campus in the Hyde Park-Kenwood National Historic District.

Millennium Properties recently brokered the sale of a 10,800 SF retail showroom in Palatine for $1,000,000. This property is located in a highly visible area along Northwest Highway in a strong commercial corridor.

Our 2016 Spring Real Estate Auction is scheduled for May 18th! This sealed bid auction includes eight properties of all types, from retail centers to commercial and residential development sites.

Mark Reiter and Susan Silver were recently honored by the Chicago Association of Realtors for their 2015 retail sales.

Millennium Properties brokered the sale of a three story mixed-use building in the Southport Corridor on Chicago’s north side. The 3,237 square foot building, which is one of the last parcels available for redevelopment on Southport, sold for $1,625,000. The property generated an overwhelming amount of interest from local and national investors and developers.

Millennium Properties recently sold a 69,000 square foot industrial site in the Old Irving Park neighborhood on Chicago’s northwest side. Less than a block from the Kennedy, the site will be redeveloped into a state-of-the-art distribution center with 30’ clear heights, four dock doors, two drive-in doors and T8 lighting.
