MPI Sells a 10,800 SF Retail Showroom in Palatine for $1,000,000

Millennium Properties R/E, a premier boutique brokerage and property management company, announced that it recently brokered the sale of a multi-tenant retail showroom and center in Palatine for $1,000,000. The 10,800 square foot building, located in a highly visible area along Northwest Highway, includes three retail storefronts with a warehouse and storage space in back.

The building has frontage on Northwest Highway in Palatine where 30,750 cars pass by daily. Palatine is the seventh largest city in Cook County; this particular section of Northwest Highway is a strong commercial corridor for the city, with a number of retail and office spaces.
