Millennium Properties Sells Lofted Commercial Condo in Gold Coast
Millennium Properties R/E, a premier boutique real estate brokerage and property management company in Chicago, sold a 7,951 square foot lofted commercial condo at 1212 N. LaSalle in the Gold Coast. The unit is part of a 27 story luxury condo building near the corner of Division and LaSalle and included two dedicated parking spaces.
Overlooking LaSalle, this second floor unit features vaulted 30’ ceilings, a large glass façade and two private patios. The space has the potential to be a unique space with plenty of room for multiple uses for the new owners, a pre-school and daycare company.
