Millennium Properties Hires Chet Evans as Vice President

Millennium Properties R/E continued its rapid growth, hiring Chet Evans as a vice president. Mr. Evans will be using his 10 years of commercial real estate experience to expand Millennium’s property management and brokerage services.

Previously, Mr. Evans worked as a commercial portfolio manager for Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) and as a leasing broker for M&J Wilkow. Since 2004, he has completed more than 50 lease transactions and conducted underwriting and due diligence for the acquisitions of more than 40 commercial properties nationwide. Mr. Evans has also acted as an investment principal, purchasing and managing a portfolio of multi-family, office, and retail properties.
