Vince Pine joined Millennium Properties as Vice President and member of the company's commercial brokerage team. Before joining Millennium Properties, Vince worked as an attorney focused on all aspects of commercial real estate. He assisted a variety of businesses in the leasing, acquisition and sale of over $1 billion of transactions.

Millennium Properties welcomes Tony Caratachea to our property management team. Mr. Caratachea joined us with extensive management experience from his time at Caratachea Properties, where he was a Property Manager, and at PNC Bank, where he worked as an Assistant Vice President and Branch Manager.

Today, Millennium Properties continued its rapid growth by hiring Benjamin Salomone as a property manager. Mr. Salomone previously worked as an assistant property manager for Sudler Property Management, managing a 275 unit condominium association in downtown Chicago.

Today, Millennium Properties continued its rapid growth by hiring Desiray Villagrana as a property Manager. Ms. Villagrana previously worked as a lease administrator for McGladrey, creating financial analyses and assisting with due diligence projects for retail, office, and industrial properties.

Millennium Properties announced that it has hired Saar Schnitman as a Vice President of Property Management. Mr. Schnitman brings nearly a decade of commercial and residential management experience as well as business development experience to Millennium’s rapidly growing team.

Millennium Properties continued its rapid growth, hiring Michael Mintz as an associate broker. Mr. Mintz previously worked for Interstate Realty, Inc., a full service commercial real estate brokerage firm concentrating on properties in the northwest suburbs of Chicago

Millennium Properties announced that it recently appointed Ann Kowalski as the company’s controller as part of its on-going, company-wide expansion. Ms. Kowalski has more than 20 years of experience and accounting, allowing Millennium Properties to strengthen its accounting and finance department to better support the growing brokerage and property management services.

As part of its continuing rapid growth, Millennium Properties has hired Chet Evans as a vice president to expand the company’s property management and brokerage services. With 10 years of industry experience, Mr. Evans has extensive knowledge of residential and commercial markets, transactional expertise and property management skills that will be a great asset as Millennium expands its service lines.
