Millennium Properties Hires New Controller

As part of its on-going company-wide expansion, Millennium Properties R/E recently appointed Ann Kowalski, CPA as the company’s controller.  Ms. Kowalski is joining the company during a time of rapid expansion of Millennium Properties’ property management and brokerage services.  With more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, she will allow Millennium Properties to strengthen its accounting and finance department to better support the growing brokerage and property management services.

Previously, Ms. Kowalski worked as the accounting manager for a non-profit organization.  In this role, she was responsible for brokerage accounts with a combined value of more than $135 million in addition to working with audited financial reports.  She also previously worked for CMD Real Estate Investors, where she managed the reporting and accounting for three of the company’s four externally held portfolios.
