Millennium Properties Sells 3.4 Acre Development Site in Homer Glen
Millennium Properties R/E, serving as the exclusive advisor to the Chicago-based lender, recently completed the sale of a 3.4 acre development site near 159th St. and Will-Cook Rd. in Homer Glen. The new owners, Richards Building Supply, will develop the site into a new headquarters location.
The substantial development site is graded and ready for development with all utilities available to the site and can support up to a 19,200 square foot building. A number of businesses are close to the site, including 7-Eleven, Ace Hardware, Speedway, and a day care facility. The site is also close to a number of residential subdivisions.
“With 425 feet of frontage on 159th, this is a highly visible location, desirable for a number of uses,” said Daniel J. Hyman, president of Millennium Properties. “The new owners have locations throughout the Midwest, but decided to relocate their headquarters to Homer Glen as the principals live in the area.”
Matthew J. O’Connor of Scott & Kraus, LLC served as legal counsel for the lender.
A leading real estate brokerage and asset management firm, Millennium Properties R/E, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Daniel J. Hyman and has completed more than $4.3 billion in sales.
