Millennium Properties Sells Former R&D Industrial Facility in Gurnee
Millennium Properties R/E, a premier boutique real estate brokerage and property management company in Chicago, recently sold a 61,700 square foot industrial facility at 3850 Clearview in Gurnee.
Previously FDA approved, the research and development facility was a former generic drug manufacturing facility. The building was fully air conditioned with a number of labs as well as six loading docks.
“A number of investors and users were drawn to this property due to its location in the Hawthorne Industrial Center as well as its proximity to Skokie Highway and I-94,” said Daniel J. Hyman, president of Millennium Properties.
“The new owners plan to use the facility to expand their presence in the Chicagoland area,” said Greg Block, executive vice president of Millennium Properties.
