MPI Sells 7.38 Acres at the Corner of Weber and 115th in Bolingbrook

Millennium Properties R/E, a premier boutique real estate brokerage and property management company in Chicago, recently sold five lots, totaling 7.38 acres, at the southeast corner of 115th Street and Weber Road in Bolingbrook.

The new owner intends to develop the 2.44 acre lot, with 373 feet of frontage on Weber for use as a Dunkin’ Donuts franchise. All five lots are improved and ready for development, with all utilities delivered to site. Three of the lots have frontage on Weber Rd. and are zoned for retail use; the other two lots are zoned for industrial or office use. The lots are adjacent to several recently developed medical offices as well as a Harris Bank location. Millennium Properties is also acting as the association manager for the Shoppes at Weber Rd.
